Sweet Potato Reishi Brownies

These sweet potato reishi brownies are AMAZING, everything you could ever want from a brownie is all you see right here
Ingredients -
- 600g of sweet potato
- 14 pitted medjool dates
- 80g of ground almonds
- 100g of buckwheat flour
- 4 tbsp of raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
- 1tbsp of hybrid herbs Reishi mushroom powder
- 3 tbsp of maple syrup
Method!
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c
- Peel the sweet potatoes. Dice them and place into a steamer for 20 minutes until they become soft.
- Add the steamed sweet potato and dates to a food processor. Blend until it becomes a smooth mixture.
- Put the remaining ingredients into a bowl, then mix in the sweet potato and date mixture!
- Place the mix into a lined baking dish and cook for about 20-30 minutes until you can pierce the brownie with a knife and it will come out dry.
- Remove the tray and leave to cool for ten minutes.
